Haiti has seen political instability,a severely debilating economy,and an empoveresher population.In a country of more than 8 million inhabitantonly a little half the population an estimate of 52,9% can read and write and per capita income rarely reach %4000a year(according to the mondial bank report 2004) .The public educationsystemis unable toeetdemands 41% of the populationis under the age of 18 .Out of 100 primary school age children,only 10 attend public schools 32 go go to prvate schools and 58 don't go to school at all.
